Varada graduated in 2017 summa cum laude with a B.S. in Biomedical Science. During her undergraduate studies, Varada was a Terry Foundation Scholar, President of the pre-medical organization On to Medicine, Texas A&M National Scholar Ambassador, teaching assistant, and volunteer for The 12th Can Food Pantry. As the 2017 College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences nominee for the Robert Gates Outstanding Student Award, she was honored as the top student in her major. Varada will be starting medical school at Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine in July 2018 to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming a physician.
