Brown Scholar Sophia Wood Placed Top 10 in the College of Engineering Art Competition

Congratulations to Sophia Wood for placing in the Top 10 of the College of Engineering Art Competition.​

Her painting is currently on display on the top floor of the Zachry Engineering Education Complex and will eventually be moved for permanent display on the third floor of JCAIN.​

Additionally, she has been selected as the President of A&M’s Women in Mechanical Engineering (MEEN) Girls for the 2026-2027 academic year. ​
