The Brown Foundation Freshmen Leadership Organization develops and enhances the soft skills of incoming Brown Scholars, creates engagement and leadership opportunities and develops leaders.
The BFFLO organizes and provides guest speaker events, workshops, social activities, and pairs each freshman mentee with an upperclassman mentor. The Brown Foundation (in consultation with the BFFLO) selects Brown Scholar group leaders for participation on the UK Leadership Trip.
