Bill graduated in 2014 from Grissom High School in Huntsville, Alabama. Bill was a Sophomore Advisor in the Honors Housing Community’s Living-Learning Community Program. He was accepted into the Mechanical Engineering Program, and his professor selected his team to represent the class at the Engineering Design Showcase. He worked over the summer as an Apprentice in the Department of Defense College Quali ed Leader (CQL) Program at the Aviation and Missile Research, Development, and Engineering Center. Bill is a University Scholar and in the Zachry Leadership Program. He worked in Dr. Shamberger’s lab to mitigate undercooling in a potential phase change material called erythritol by introducing a nucleation catalyst. Bill received the William F. Mount Turbomachinery Award. Bill graduated from A&M in 2018 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
