Wahibah graduated in 2017 from Mayde Creek High School in Houston, Texas. In high school, Wahibah was a National Merit Finalist and the President of the Computer Science Club, Science Olympiad, and National Honor Society. At A&M, Wahibah is a member of the American Red Cross, Biomedical Engineering Society, Engineers Serving the Community, and Engineering World Health. Wahibah is also involved in a biomedical engineering research lab and is currently working on organ-on-chip models and biosensors. She volunteers at Texas Children’s Hospital, Project CURE, the Food Bank, Memorial Hermann Hospital, and the Houston Peace and Justice Center, cooking and serving meals to homeless people. Wahibah will graduate in 2021 with a degree in Biomedical Engineering.
