Raul graduated in 2021 from Flower Mound High School in Flower Mound, TX.  Raul is a National Team Member of Lakeside Aquatic Club, a member of First Technology Competition, Vex Robotics Team, Young Men’s Service League Integrity Chapter, Flower Mound Technology Club, America Legion Texas Boys State, and Mu Alpha Theta.  He volunteers with the Christian Community Action Food Pantry and Grace Donation Station.
