Matteas graduated in 2021 from Carson High School in Carson City, NV.  Matteas is a year-round competitive swimmer, on the senior varsity team for the local mountain biking club, Member of the National Honor Society, and in Blue Crew Leadership helping Freshmen transition to high school.
