Kayla graduated in 2019 and was home schooled.
Kayla is involved in TANSA, the University Honors
Program, and lived in the Honors dorm. Kayla
enjoyed being a part of the Honors community
and hopes to continue her involvement in LAUNCH
by applying for the University Scholars and
Undergraduate Research Scholars programs. She was
involved in undergraduate research in Dr. Heath Blackmon’s lab. She is working
on her own project that involves modeling population genetics in code. Kayla will
graduate from A&M in 2023 with a degree in Biomedical Science.
