Helen graduated in 2015 from Cy-Fair High School in Cypress, Texas. She was a National Merit Scholar, president of the orchestra, and an active volunteer with her church youth group. At Texas A&M, she is a member of the University Honors and Psychology Honors programs and is an Undergraduate Research Scholar. Helen is a member of the Texas A&M Health Behavior Research Group, a student assistant at the A&M Counseling and Assessment Clinic, and a program aide and lead trainer for the Student Counseling HelpLine. She also completed an internship at Broughton Hospital, a psychiatric facility in North Carolina, as a student of the Davidson-Broughton program. As a senior, Helen will continue her involvement in research, on the HelpLine, and as ministry leader at St. Mary’s church. She loves the family atmosphere A&M fosters and the opportunities she has been given to grow as a scholar, leader, and community member. Helen will graduate in May of 2019 with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Neuroscience.
