Caroline graduated in 2014 with a double major in Business and Finance. She was the Director of Internal Affairs for the Maroon Coats, the Director of the Consulting Guild for the Horizons Program, an executive for The Big Event, and a member of Kappa Alpha Theta. She currently lives in Beaufort, South Carolina and joined Will Reed as the third employee in the fall of 2016 as the Strategy Manager. Since then, she has tripled her team and doubled her revenue year over year. She began her career in Management Consulting but left that job when she married her husband, a pilot in the Marine Corps. Will Reed allows her to work from home as they frequently move. In her free time, she loves exploring new places, volunteering with her husband’s squadron, and serving as an A&M Class of ’14 Class Agent.
