Andrew graduated from A&M in 2013 with a degree in Molecular and Cell Biology. He completed medical school at the University of Texas at Houston. Andrew volunteers at the Harris County Jail as a Chaplain through the Archdiocese of Galveston. He converted to Catholicism several years ago. Andrew is involved in an organization called the Primary Care Innovation Center, which targets the one percent of people in the Harris County healthcare system that are frequently using the emergency room as primary care and receive very poor health outcomes. He connects the patients to doctors and the specialists they need.
