Joshua Korb, class of 2021, has been selected for a semester-long study abroad program at the International Academy for Education in Bonn, Germany. Through the program, Joshua will be taking classes from Texas A&M professors in the biosciences and participating in a semester long research project with Enmodes, a German medical technology manufacturer. Joshua will also be taking German classes, participating in faculty-led cultural excursions, and participating in medical shadowing opportunities at the International Institute for Surgery. Joshua is thankful for the Brown Foundation’s sponsorship, without whom this opportunity would not have been possible, and we look forward to hearing about this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity when he returns to the US in May.
