Kathryn graduated in 2014 summa cum laude with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and minor in Math. She graduated from Baylor College of Medicine in 2018. In medical school, she pursued a passion for ethics that began at A&M and completed additional coursework and clinical rotations in medical ethics. She published a capstone research project focusing on communications about tracheostomy placement in chronically critically ill patients. She is pursuing residency training in the Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at the University of North Carolina.
