Justin graduated in 2011 with a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and took a job with the Department of Defense as a Auxiliary Power Systems B`asic Design Engineer at NAS Patuxent River, Maryland. He held the job for two years before becoming a Test Engineer at Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) in November 2014, a job he still holds. As a Test Engineer, he runs jet engine test programs on everything from endurance to performance to even the odd experimental engine. One noteworthy test that he was a part of is the F135 corrosion test in 2015-2016, the first fighter engine corrosion test in twenty years, and the first ever at AEDC. He received his Tennessee Professional Engineer’s License in 2017. He married Melissa Ganotis ’11 in June 2013, and they live in Tullahoma, Tennessee, with their two daughters: Elise ’38, and Christine ’40.
